While I’m trying to drop the weight as I truly believe it is part of my emotional baggage, many people around the world are accpeting of their weight. More points to them I say. I will be so upset if I can reach and maintain my goal weight only to find that I don’t gain any more self confidence. I know my weight is only one of the things I don’t like about myself but it is a biggy.
Check out this site Big Fat Blog. They have some interesting points. I mean the ‘globesity’ business is worth a LOT of money to companies – so how much stuff out there in media land is a beat up. I’ll be reading more and will add comments when I can.
