You just know when you should not get out of bed
By blogadmin | February 6, 2008
So I started the day OK.
Made it to the gym + 10points
Left towel in car – 10points
Left shoes at home – 10points
HAD to buy a new pair +10points (well my sneakers didn’t go with my pants)
No alcohol +10points
Moved 8 out of 10 things on my To Do List to the next day – 10points
So at the end of the day I feel like I’m back to zero.
Why do we put such had targets on ourselves? Why can’t I be happy that I acheived some things and am alive and well?
They say it’s hard to be humble when your perfect in everyway – well, what are you when you are miles away from perfect?
I feel kind of in limbo. I’m so positive about War On Waistlines, but I haven’t started the food part of it yet with the individual sessions, so it’s like I’m only half doing it. I really hope that doesn’t start me on the motivational slide.
